This is roughly a 6"-8" x 8" inch natural wood with bark. All basswood pieces are roughly 3/4" thick.  It comes with a mounted hook for wall hanging and includes a stand for desk display. All basswood pieces will be protected with a clear coat wood finish. The better the quality of the imported image, the better the picture on wood. Acceptable picture formats are JPEG, PNG, and GIF.
